My Elix follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Here is what that means on your phone.
Your record opens with a code sent to your phone, or with Face ID or your fingerprint once you add a passkey.
A parent or carer can see your record only if you or your hospital give them access, and only the parts they are given.
A notification names the hospital and the time. Never the clinic, the doctor or the test.
Each time your record is opened in the app, it is written down: who, when and what they saw.
Hospitals that use Elix and have turned on patient access. If you are not sure, ask at reception.
No. You sign in with your phone number and a code we send to it. You can add a passkey to sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint instead.

Your hospital decides when each result is released to you. Some are released after your doctor has seen them. The app tells you when one is ready.
Sign in on the new phone with the same number. From Me in the app, end the pass on the old phone, or ask reception to do it for you.
Yes, if the hospital or the patient gives you access. You then see their record next to yours, and can show their pass.
Ask at reception for an invitation to My Elix. If your hospital is not on Elix yet, tell them about it.
