Terms Summary
Use Elix only for legitimate healthcare, administrative, billing, reporting, supply-chain, and support activities authorized by your organization.
Keep passwords, passkeys, recovery methods, and devices secure. Do not share access or allow another person to act under your account.
Your employer, facility, ministry, payer, or program policies apply alongside these public Terms.
These Terms apply to users of Elix web and mobile applications, including clinicians, administrators, supply-chain personnel, drivers, support teams, implementation partners, and tenant-authorized users.
Your organization may have a separate subscription, implementation, data processing, or service agreement with Elix. If that agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls for that organization.
You may use Elix only for legitimate healthcare, operational, administrative, billing, reporting, supply-chain, or support activities authorized by your organization.
You are responsible for following your organization policies, clinical governance rules, privacy obligations, and applicable laws when entering, viewing, exporting, or sharing information through the platform.
You must keep your account credentials, passkeys, device unlock methods, and recovery methods secure. Do not share access with another person or allow another person to act under your account.
If passkeys are enabled, they are bound to the relying-party domain configured for the environment, such as app.elix.ng for production. app.elixiq.ng may remain available as an alias. Your device or browser may store passkey material, while Elix stores the corresponding public credential record needed for authentication.
Notify your administrator immediately if you believe your account, device, token, password, or passkey has been lost, compromised, or used without authorization.
Elix is designed to support clinical operations, patient administration, pharmacy, investigations, billing, onboarding, communications, reporting, supply-chain, and related healthcare workflows.
You must enter information accurately and review records before relying on them. Elix helps organize workflows and data, but professional judgment, local policy, and clinical responsibility remain with authorized healthcare personnel and the organization using the system.
Do not upload, transmit, or disclose patient, staff, financial, inventory, or operational information unless you are authorized to do so.
The Elix mobile application may support dispatches, delivery updates, barcode or QR scanning, inventory actions, route activity, proof of delivery, push notifications, and driver location capture for active assignments.
Location collection is intended for operational visibility during assigned dispatch, pickup, delivery, and related logistics workflows. Your organization is responsible for informing users and configuring access according to its policies and applicable law.
Elix may connect to external systems such as identity providers, payment processors, insurance platforms, communication providers, laboratory systems, blood-bank systems, analytics tools, cloud infrastructure, and other healthcare or operational services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. Elix is not responsible for third-party systems outside our control, but we work to protect data exchanged through supported integrations.
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another user account, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, interfere with service availability, introduce malicious code, scrape data without authorization, or use Elix for unlawful or harmful activity.
You must not use exported data or screenshots in a way that violates confidentiality, patient privacy, employment obligations, procurement rules, or your organization policies.
We aim to keep Elix reliable and secure. From time to time, parts of the platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure incidents, third-party outages, security work, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve security, reliability, compliance, and product quality.
Elix software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and platform content are owned by Elix or its licensors. Your organization retains ownership of the data it submits to the platform, subject to its agreements with Elix.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative products from Elix except as expressly permitted in writing.
Access may be suspended or terminated if required by your organization, by law, for security reasons, for non-payment under an applicable agreement, or because of suspected misuse.
Your organization administrators may also revoke or change your access based on employment status, role changes, facility assignment, or operational policy.
Elix is provided as a technology platform to support authorized workflows. Except as stated in a signed agreement, the platform is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Elix is not a substitute for clinical judgment, emergency care, professional supervision, or local governance. Liability limits, if any, are governed by the applicable written agreement between Elix and the subscribing organization.
Questions about these Terms should be directed to your organization administrator or to Elix support through the official support channel provided to your organization.
These Terms are a default public notice and may be replaced or supplemented by signed customer terms, data processing terms, service schedules, clinical governance rules, and local policies.
